There are seasons in life when growth looks loud and fast—big launches, packed calendars, and full schedules.

And then there are seasons when growth looks quieter.


Rooted.

Intentional.

Slower in the best way.


Right now, I’m stepping into one of those slower seasons.

That doesn’t mean I’m going anywhere. It simply means I’m choosing to care well for the things that matter most so I can continue showing up with a full heart and clear vision—for my family, my faith, and for you.


Why Slowing Down Matters


As a photographer, I spend my days noticing the small things:

the way a child reaches for their mom’s hand,

the deep breath before a laugh,

the calm that settles when everyone finally feels safe and seen.


Those moments don’t happen when we rush.

They happen when we pause.


This season is about honoring that same rhythm in my own life—allowing space to rest, reset, and refocus so I can continue creating meaningful, heirloom imagery for the families I serve.


What This Means for My Business

While I’m moving at a gentler pace for a bit, here’s what remains the same:

  • I’m still here
  • I’m still booking future sessions
  • I’m still deeply committed to serving families well
  • I’m still creating with intention and heart


You may notice slightly slower response times or fewer updates during this window, but please know every message, inquiry, and client is important to me and will be answered with care.


This season is temporary. The work I love—and the families I get to serve—are forever priorities.


Looking Ahead


Spring is coming, and with it, some really beautiful things.

Mother’s Day sessions will be announced soon, and I can’t wait to share what I’ve been dreaming up for that season. If you’d like first access when details are released, make sure you’re on my email list—those spots always go quickly.

For now, I’m leaning into rest, gratitude, and trust. Trust that slowing down doesn’t mean falling behind. Often, it’s how we grow deeper roots.
